Term And Condition

Travel package prices are not subject to the commission to obtain assurance Your reservation is required to make reservations in advance. Confirmation should be 2 (two) weeks before, and during peak season (high season) the confirmation must be 3 (three) weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee if you do not cancel the reservation that has been done in confirmation less than 10 days, or less than half of the date of arrival. No Show Fee (non-arrival) will be charged 100% of package price except had approval from our side. Regarding the terms and Other conditions will be informed at the time of reservation.

Term of Payment

Front payment (deposit) for each reservation is 10 days prior to arrival. Payment by credit card will be charged 3% of the total cost for administration of the bank.

GIT prices are negotiable based on policies with a minimum of 15 the room. Our prices are guaranteed except in cases sold out and on period of 'Black-out', like komferensi or exhibition period. in reservations, arrival and departure flight schedules please in specified.

Reservation

For guaranteed reservations, reservations must be made in advance.

Check-In/Out

Check in time: 2.00 pm. Arrival before that time will be charged 1 night. Check Out Time: 12.00 Afternoon. If the time check out more than the specified hours until 16:00 hours on the day of departure, will get extracharge of 50% of room rates.

Rule Of Cancel

Cancellation Fee will be charged on the reservation that has been in confirmation, if it is canceled less than 5 days or less than half period of arrival date.

NO-SHOW FEE (Absence)

The cost of absence will be charged according to prices determined by the hotel.

Price For Group Cancel

In case of cancellation Group, must be by notice in writing we had received at least 1 month prior to the arrival of the group them. Cancellations dilakunan in period 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% and if done in a period of 3 days prior to arrival, or does not arrive (No Show) will be charged 100% for the entire cost of the room rate.

Family Package

Children under 9 years who participated in parents room, with using the same bed with parents are not subject to costs. The maximum number of people in one room is 3 adults, or 2 adults with 1 child or 1 adult with 2 children under 9 years old. For infants not charged.

Rule Of Payment
